As workplace demographics shift and the economy becomes further globalized, workplace diversity is increasingly recognized as a business necessity. A diverse workplace offers more than exposure to employees from different cultures and backgrounds-it allows for different voices to contribute richly and results in enhanced creativity and innovation.
Please join Enroot at the MIT Press Bookstore as four Enroot students give presentations on their experiences as interns over the 2018-2019 school year at different companies and organizations in Cambridge. Internship supervisors from host sites will speak about their experiences working the interns. Staff from Enroot will speak about the program and its long-term impact for alumni.
